Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We want you to love your new vibes, so please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing!
Damages & Issues
Quality is a priority for us. If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery.
- Please include your order number and a photo of the damage.
- Once verified, we will happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows your package is lost or it has not arrived within the expected window, please reach out. We will initiate a claim with USPS. Once the claim is accepted by the carrier, we will issue a full refund for your order.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once a shipping label has been created and the order is tendered to USPS, we can no longer cancel the transaction.
Note: Custom orders (when available) are not eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
